Orders

When you place an order on Carturio, you request to purchase the selected product(s) at the displayed price and applicable charges. The order becomes accepted for fulfillment when Carturio or our commerce system accepts it for processing.

Product information

We aim to provide accurate product names, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and availability.

Availability

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed but before fulfillment, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include cancellation and refund of the affected amount.

Payment

Carturio currently accepts prepaid payments shown at checkout. COD is not currently available.

Delivery

Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy and the availability of the applicable fulfillment and carrier network.

Returns and refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds and Cancellation policies. Nothing in these policies limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
