Payment methods

Carturio currently accepts prepaid online payments through the payment methods made available at checkout.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available on Carturio.

Payment confirmation

An order is considered confirmed when Shopify records the payment successfully and the order is accepted for fulfillment. If a payment fails or is reversed, the order may not be processed until successful payment is recorded.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved under our applicable policy, we normally send it to the original payment method used for the order. Payment providers or banks may take additional time to reflect the refund.
