Cancellation requests

You may request cancellation as soon as possible after placing an order. We will try to cancel an order when the request is received before dispatch or fulfillment commitment. Once dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable return process may be required.

Refund

When an approved cancellation results in a refund, Carturio will normally refund the eligible amount to the original payment method. We target processing within 2–3 business days, subject to payment-provider processing time.
